Ray Freer is an amazing guy. He spends a lot of his time volunteering and helping the community. When he is not helping others, he is the owner of RF insurance masters, a local insurance agent specializing in helping their customers find the best solution for their given situation.

Ray serves as the Chairman for the Four Points Chamber of Commerce and was a founding member of this chamber that was launched in March of 2010. Throughout 2010 the chamber has grown to be 110 members strong in the first 9 months since formation. The Four Points Chamber will open a visitor center in 2013 along with an Four Points area map with 125 members.  He has over 23 years of experience in high tech program management and team leadership. Ray has envisioned a group of strong community minded businesses that enjoy collaborative networking to promote local business growth and giving back to the community. Ray is a member of Referrals at Twin Creeks BNI chapter and serves on the membership committee for the chapter.
